What to do if your survey reveals complications?

Auction or Estate Agents, a speedy and comprehensive report is required.
Usually, when a property is sold or purchased, the buyer will engage the
services of a surveyor.
Surveys such as an RICS Condition report or a Home Buyers report will give you varying degrees of insight into the condition of a property.
Often these reports (especially on older properties), may identify areas of concern. Your surveyor may at this point recommend a Structural Engineers Report.
This will provide you with detailed analysis of any defects highlighted, advising as to potential repair alternatives, and guide you with regard to associated costs.
